A deposit of 50% is required when placing your order. Your initial deposit reserve your event date and balance should be paid in full before a week delivery or collection.

Cakes And Sugarcraft Supplies ltd reserves the right to cancel any order that has not been paid for in full a week before collection or delivery and your initial deposit will not be refunded

In case of short notice order placed within less than week to event, full payment is required when placing your order.

If your order is cancelled for any reason less than a week before your event, your initial deposit will not be refunded.

We must receive the balance by the due date indicated or contract is null and void, and deposit will not be refunded.

The date of your final payment is the final date for any changes of size, style or flavors of the cake. Any changes requested after this date cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to additional charges.

Delivery and setup is available on request at initial order and is charged at £1 per mile other than that all cakes will be collected from our premises.

We are not responsible for any damage to the cake after setup is complete. You are responsible for providing an appropriate and secure table and environment for the cake(s). Cakes are heavy and require a sturdy table, and optimal room temperature of 21c or below.

If you or your representative elect to pick up and set up the cake, you assume all liability and responsibility for the condition of the cake once it leaves Cakes And Sugarcraft Supplies ltd possession.

If your cake requires fresh flowers, your florist will supply the flowers to ensure it matches the rest of your decor. We will liaise with your florist to ensure a perfect finish. Please note that some treatments used on flowers and some flowers are toxic and it remains your florist responsibility to ensure these are not used on your cake. Ask your florist for details regarding toxicity. We cannot be liable for any contamination to our food product that may arise from their misuse.

Occasionally, non-edible materials are used on a cake such as brooches, feathers, diamante etc. this will only be on the clients request/ with prior arrangement with the client and must be removed before consumption of the cake. It remains the clients responsibility to inform the venue/caterers of this. Cakes and Sugarcraft Supplies ltd accepts no responsibility for an harm that may arise from their use.

On occasion we will photograph our cakes and we reserve the right to use any photographs for display or promotion without compensation to you.

Our products may contain or come into contact with milk, wheat, nuts, soy, and other allergens. You agree to notify your guests of this risk and hold us harmless for allergic reactions.

Performance of this agreement is contingent upon the ability of Cakes And Sugarcraft Supplies ltd to complete the agreement and is subject to labour disputes or strikes, accidents, Acts of God, and other causes beyond our control.

Also note that during severe or inclement weather conditions such as snow or floods, we may be unable to deliver your cake as these conditions may be hazardous or make your venue inaccessible.

We strongly recommend that you purchase wedding insurance to cover yourselves for this possibility.
