We are based in Wormley, Cheshunt, Broxbourne, Hertfordshire and we specialise in affordable wedding cakes, birthday cakes and cakes for all other occasions. My mission is to turn your ideas into edible sweet treats. Every single one of my cake creations is unique and tells a different story. All my cakes are made to order and personalised to suit the celebrant’s taste, culture or whatever idea you can think of, I will turn it into cake.
We are a one stop business for all cake lovers. You have the option to order your very own customised cake baked and decorated to the highest quality or come along and learn how to bake and decorate you own cakes. Whether you are a novice or an expert, you are sure to enjoy our cake decorating workshops. We also host kids cupcake decorating parties and classes.
Cake Flavours and fillings
Light and moist Victoria vanilla sponge filled with layers of Swiss meringue buttercream and a choice of raspberry or strawberry conserve.
Lemon drizzle cake
Moist zesty lemon Madeira sponge with fresh lemon drizzle then iced with buttercream and lemon curd.
Fluffy rich spiced carrot cake with walnuts. Normally iced with cream cheese frosting or orange buttercream.
Rich chocolate cake with chocolate ganache filling or Swiss meringue buttercream.
Chocolate marble cake
Chocolate marble cake is a made up of layers of our chocolate cake and vanilla sponge to form a marble effect. This can be filled with buttercream or ganache depending on how rich you want to be.
Rich fruit cake
This is a traditional classic fruit cake with mixed fruits that have been soaked in a blend of fine brandy, wine and rum. This matured using Cognac drizzle and covered with a thin layer of marzipan and sugarpaste soft icing.
Jamaican rum cake
Luxury mixed dry fruits soaked for a year in Red Label wine and Wray and Nephew white rum, which is then blended into the cake mixture to create a dark rich spice fruit cake. Additional rum and wine is drizzled into the cake before covering with marzipan and sugarpaste.
Red velvet cake
Red lightly chocolate flavoured moist sponge cake filled with cream cheese frosting or white chocolate ganache.

My name is Busi Christian-Iwuagwu and I am a bespoke cake designer based in Cheshunt, Broxbourne Hertfordshire.
I am a naturally talented baker and cake designer, I knew from an early age that I had a passion for creating new flavours and designs. I started baking with my grandmother Rahabi Mrewa when I was just 6 years old, but my mum would not let me bake as much as I wanted because the electricity was very expensive in Zimbabwe. Coming to the UK gave me the freedom to bake whenever I want, even though my husband Udeh Still complains about the electricity bill.
Baking has always been my passion, when my first son Victor was born premature, and was unwell for 3 months. I was on maternity leave for a very long time so started cake decorating at night. I baked most of the cakes on this site with my son on my back. One thing that most mums working from home can relate to. Started as a self taught baker, but later attended workshops and courses to improve my knowledge and skills.
